Please note: Liability Notice: By entering and participating in Move at The Shed Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Assumption of Risk Move at The Shed includes a variety of physical and mindful activities, including yoga, dance, meditation, group runs, and trampoline-based classes. Participation in these activities is completely voluntary and carries inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. By attending and participating, you accept full responsibility for any risk of injury or harm that may result from your involvement. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and have consulted a physician if you have any medical conditions or health concerns. You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to know your limits and to stop participating in any activity if you feel discomfort or unsafe. Release of Liability By entering the festival grounds and participating in festival activities, you agree to release and hold harmless the event producers, The Salt Shed, participating instructors, studios, artists, and staff from any and all liability for injuries or damages resulting from your participation. This release applies even if injury results from ordinary negligence. This agreement does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct, which are not waived. Safety & Conduct You agree to follow all festival rules and to comply with any safety instructions given by staff or instructors. This includes using any equipment responsibly and respectfully engaging in all sessions. Any unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund. Acknowledgment By attending Move at The Shed, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this liability notice and freely accept the risks involved. If you do not accept these terms, please do not enter or participate in festival activities.
